IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENT
Several serious communicable diseases can now be completely
prevented by immunizations. In recent years, measles/rubella
has been an especially serious problem on college and university
campuses. To safeguard your health and the health of other
students, and to prevent illness that could interrupt your
education, you are urged to seek immunization for these illnesses
if you were born after January 1957. Students may be required
to submit information on communicable diseases or immunization
as required by law.
