Description
Senecio flaccidus var. monoensis is an annual that grows rapidly to form a large spray of bright green stems having thin, finely dissected leaves topped by yellow flowers. It grows in sandy and gravelly soils near rocks or in disturbed places at elevations between 1500 and 3500 ft.
