Student Residency
Requirements
For tuition purposes, you must indicate your residency status
when applying. All questions about legal residency must be determined
by the appropriate admissions officer before registration and
payment of fees for any semester or session. It is your responsibility
as the student to apply for admission and to register under
the correct residency status (domicile determination). Your
domicile is determined as of the first day of the session in
which enrolling. The following guidelines to determine residency
status are taken from the Arizona Revised Statues Sections 15-801
through 15-807. If you have difficulty in understanding these
regulations, please contact any Admissions Office.
